Arbitration on the Sidelines: What Flores v. NFL Means for Sports Employment Law

This webinar will examine Brian Flores's employment discrimination claim against the NFL, focusing on the Second Circuit's rejection of the NFL's arbitration process and the Supreme Court's denial of cert.
