This “Mentorship Monday” explores an important but often overlooked topic: how sports lawyers can seek and benefit from mentorship outside the legal profession. The conversation will examine how non-lawyer mentors in front offices, business operations, and executive leadership can accelerate growth, broaden perspective, and strengthen strategic thinking.

The session will feature personal insights, practical guidance on building cross-disciplinary relationships, and actionable tips for identifying and engaging mentors who can help shape long-term careers in the sports industry. Whether you’re in law school or early in practice, this program will equip you with tools to expand your mentorship network beyond the traditional legal path.
